Introduction of PCB Services and Blind Via Capabilities.

I am writing to provide you with information about our PCB services that may be of interest to you. Specifically, I would like to bring your attention to our capabilities regarding blind via technology.

 

Blind via technology involves connecting the outermost circuit layer with the adjacent inner layer through an electroplated hole. This is called a "blind via" because the opposite side cannot be seen. We would like to highlight two features of our blind via technology that make it particularly desirable:

 

Firstly, all blind via holes are filled with epoxy resin from the prepreg sheets, resulting in a virtually flat surface of the copper lid. This is achieved by filling the via hole with resin to a thickness that is not less than 13μm (0.5 mil) and then ensuring that the copper wall is 100% filled with resin. This ensures that the blind via is closed and not visible to the naked eye.

 

Secondly, we are capable of drilling blind via holes with a finished diameter of 0.20 or 0.25 mm (8 or 10 mils) using 0.3 mm (12 mils) drill bits.

 

In addition to our blind via technology, we offer a range of other PCB services, including prototype, small runs and volume production, with layer counts of up to 32 layers. Our PCBs can have a thickness of between 0.4-6.0mm, and we can work with panel sizes ranging from 5mm x 5mm to 450 x 580mm. We also offer a variety of solder mask colors, including Green, Blue, matt blue, yellow, white, and red, and surface finishes such as Immersion gold, HASL LF, Immersion tin, Immersion silver, and OSP.

 

We take pride in the high quality of our work and adhere to IPC-Class-II / IPC-Class-III Standard.
